Wilkie offers many cultural activites, groups and organizations including:

* The Art Club
* The Historical Society
* The Wilkie Museum
The museum contains artifacts and newspapers, a fully operational blacksmith shop, a pioneer store, a station house, the original Wilkie Press office (which is recognized as a Heriatge site), the country school, Wilkie's original Firehall which was constructed in 1908 for $900, and the original Town Office.
